Inside the Pourhouse

Today we did a soft opening event for invited guests, Edwin and our new Kitchen Manager, Christian Winslow put out some amazing food as you can see by these shots. 

 This is our Avocado Toast, Grilled Crostini with fresh shucked Avocado, Boiled egg, Tomato Salsa, crispy shallot and jalepeno strings, you can get it topped with Salmon, and you’ll be HOOKED!

 Last tempting food tease, The Pourhouse Benedict!  This one was tucked into before I had a chance to shoot the pic, hence the golden yolk pooling around the toasted crostini, notice the decadent and Classic Mornay sauce, over the soft poached eggs with fire roasted peppers and baby spinach.

Kudos to our training staff, John, Trista, Jody, and Jeffery, who handled all the unexpected glitches with professional aplomb!
